Her smart retort was completely swallowed up by the little happy noise she let out when he kissed her again, his lips soft on hers.

She smiled against his mouth as he talked. "No one is Picard. Picard is one of a kind." She said, stealing a kiss just for the novelty of it. Of course the geek side of her brain wasn't done yet so she broke it and looked at him thoughtfully. "Then again, old school Kirk was a super badass and a hero, which is you, obviously. But new Kirk is earnest like you too." She sighed dramatically. "It's no good. I think you might actually be Picard." Trailing off she smiled at him and nodded. "And yes, you can keep doing all those things now." Lee said, squeezing his hand.
